Unopeneditems are eligible for full amount returns within 30 days of order placement. Packages and products that have been opened are due for partial amount returns.
Unhappy with your Gel Lab order? We aim for your complete satisfaction. If our products don’t meet your expectations, simply contact us at customer@gellabskincare.com, including your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. We’ll send you a return label. Return the unopened items to us, and we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please initiate returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt.
